Assisting in the Brake Technology department.

Working in the production environment assembling a number of different brakes and components.

Involved assisting in the sales and commercial office taking calls and processing orders. In addition to this, communicating with members of the production team, this position allowed me to develop my communication skills both with customers and as part of a sales team.I also worked in the Quality Department and the production environment examining non-conforming parts and where possible reworking them. Again a key aspect of this position is teamwork and to be able to communicate and pay attention to detail.

Working at Knott Holding Group in Germany, conducting administrative tasks and developing my German language skills learned at GCSE and International Baccalaureate level. Insight into the different workplace cultures that exist across Europe.
