I am a Lead level Software Test Engineer with experience actualizing enterprise-scaled automated testing suites for APIs, web browsers and mobile applications using C# and JavaScript, as well as creating related processes and best practices. My responsibilities include creating multi-project testing strategies, designing and developing automation frameworks and tools to implement those strategies, and then leading the execution of those strategies with other test engineers within several fast paced Agile teams.My recent project experience has been focused on designing and developing a C# based WebDriver and REST API automation test framework for use within the enterprise to evaluate website application functionality and presentation on both desktop and mobile browsers. Previous project experiences have included validating the success of enterprise security software with a focus on developing applications, processes and standards for sanitizing production data using the IBM Optim Test Data Management for SQL Server, Oracle / PeopleSoft, and DB2. Other project work has included creating automation frameworks for testing data contracts and APIs with external vendors, creating tools to increase the scale and capabilities of our automated tests via cloud services, and converting over legacy HP Quick Test Professional (QTP) test suites to open-source alternatives.

I am a freelance mobile / web application and game developer, primarily using Unity3D C# and Pico-8 to create games. I also have experience working with Arduino based micro-controllers for the purposes of building experimental MIDI based musical instruments and robotic projects.I am also one of the Organizers for the 1000+ member strong Cleveland Game Developers Meetup group (http://meetup.com/clevelandgamedev/). and have both hosted and presented at game development events including technology workshops, game jams and getting started primers. My games have been exhibited at several Cleveland MakerFaires and the Cleveland Ingenuity Festivals, as well as the Ohio Game Developer Expo (OGDE).

Managed all quality assurance practices within the company including test plan creation, execution of those plans, QA Dept activity and generating reports on product quality based on bug reports and customer feedback. Also designed & built an automated product testing and monitoring application.Additional work duties include working with Support staff to diagnose customer issues, performing competitor research and participating in business analysis activities for new products. Also developed several internal tools for reporting product statistics to non-engineer employees.Final work activities included competitive research and analysis of VoIP in the gaming industry as well as targeting partnerships. Also did extensive research into gaming engines such as iD Tech3, Unreal 3 and Torque and creating VoIP SDK demos within those engines.

Performed quality assurance testing on the MA4000 and AIMWorX lines of PBX (Private Branch eXchange) management software for NEC Unified Solutions following detailed test plans & bug reports. Additional job duties included creating QA Dept testing procedures & test plans, writing functional & design specifications, technical writing and working with customers on critical support issues.
