Matthew leads the New York State Offices of Inspector General Information Technology and Digital Forensic offerings and has over 14 years of computer forensic investigation experience across criminal and civil matters.Prior to the New York State Offices of the Inspector General, Matthew was with Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP for over eight years where in addition to conducting digital forensic investigations, he provided domestic and cross-border electronic discovery services to clients facing legal and regulatory electronic discovery requests.
