This includes all aspects of check-in services, baggage services, lounge check-in, boarding gates, aircraft cleaning, ramp and tarmac operations. • Responsible for driving significant cultural change to align to company’s strategic direction. This included meetings held in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and Cairns.• Delivered savings of over 35 per cent to the original project budget, through critical cost and process analysis.• Integrated project operations with high-level diplomatic and security requirements from major nations, including Australia, The United States of America, Russia, China, India, Indonesia, Canada, Germany, France, Italy and Brazil.• Engaged and managed a diverse national workforce of over 1000 people. Despite a 24-hour high-risk service delivery environment, I maintained a strict culture of zero harm through best practice workplace health and safety, including a stringent fatigue management. This workforce expanded from 27 to over 1000 people within one week for service delivery.• Developed and implemented targeted workforce strategies to identify, engage, evaluate, train, and deploy short term staff required to deliver services to the Brisbane G20 Leaders Summit.
