I initially joined ThoughtWorks Studios, the organization's product division, to design and facilitate training for their agile-lifecycle management products (Mingle, Twist, Go). Responding to customer/market demand, this quickly expanded into a global agile-practices training and coaching group, and I was promoted to Workshops Product Manager and expanded the portfolio of offerings.
