After two years working with the company as an Assistant Superintendant; I was asked to assume the responsibility of Quality Control Manager. It is my goal to develop and maintain strong working relationships with our subcontractors to promote efficient implementation of my critique and feedback. I am constantly striving for an accident-free jobsite; keeping all of our subcontractors operating in a safe and efficient environment is my top priority. So far, my team and I have been successful with zero report-able incidents in my career with the company.As a CQM I strive for a value-engineered solution to the specification we are obligated to meet. I build partnerships with skilled subcontractors and find that when they feel empowered to do their best, rather than bound by the letter of the specification, the spec is not just met but exceeded. Often with greater efficiency and economy than anticipated.

I developed a reputation as the person to go to for high quality stone or concrete masonry, detailed finish work, confined space entry, and archaeological resource protection. I was responsible for daily schedules, sub-contractor relations, reportage, and liaising with the COR and client on a daily basis. With just over a decade of experience behind me, I am taking advantage of the ample animation opportunities in the San Francisco Bay area while I research and identify the potential candidates for my next career arc.
