In my second tenure at Visionet Systems, I played a pivotal role in strategic planning and engagement management, guiding end-to-end loan origination technology implementations, development of new solutions and managed the transition from legacy systems. I managed rapid application development and cross-functional teams, both onshore and offshore, driving technical direction, strategy, and architecture. My consultancy extended to methodology, business system formulation, operational planning, use case development, rules definition, release management, LOS testing strategy and execution, staffing, and deployment. Throughout this period, I collaborated with three major financial institutions, significantly contributing to their strategic initiatives.

In June 2006, my journey with People's Choice (PCHL) began as a Senior Consulting Partner, focusing on aligning strategic lending technology initiatives and stabilizing corporate demand. My role transitioned to a full-time Enterprise Program Manager, leading the PMO and managing a diverse project portfolio. I spearheaded the Commerce Velocity POS and Empower LOS projects, driving innovation in online origination and contributing to the development of Fidelity's (FNIS) Empower .NET Fusion products. My work culminated in presenting at the 2007 Empower user conference. Despite PCHL's closure amid the mortgage crisis, the experience was enriched by valuable partnerships to date, and compelling projects.

At Visionet Systems, I was integral to the launch of two e-business ventures, overseeing end-to-end loan origination technology implementations. This encompassed business process engineering, technology vetting, and the full development cycle, including QA/UAT and deployment. My leadership in establishing web loan-commerce systems, AU/credit risk platforms, and capital market solutions was pivotal in propelling these institutions to market leadership.
