From founding a non-profit in college to my current role as head of the operations department for Barnum West, I specialize in guiding teams from ideas to results. It takes intentionality and precision to map a new idea and standardize the system. In my practice, I avoid unexpected outcomes by paying meticulous attention ahead of time.4) Communication—The ability to articulate exactly what I mean has allowed me to thrive in fast environments. Eliminating ambiguity reduces room for error and allows my team to execute objectives correctly the first time around. 5) Roadmap—To drive the narrative forward, leaders in operations need to implement effectively. I show my team how to zoom out and see the big picture. To get from here to the finish line takes a clearly defined set of actionable steps and measurable goalposts.6) Character—At the heart of every story are human beings. The force behind business success is an empathetic approach to the people who make mountains move.
