The FXIP business supports American Express business customers’ cross border and domestic B2B transactions. Leading the Account Development team, comprising of ~22 colleagues, the position is responsible for driving revenues and contribution margin through the existing client base in Australia and New Zealand.

Leading a team of 140+ colleagues based in Australia, Singapore, and India, with global responsibilities for processing domestic and foreign “off network” B2B transactions, managing the vigorous AML/CTF processes involved with the onboarding and maintenance of our client base and managing the treasury function of 150 bank accounts globally. Key Performance areas include: Cost per Transaction, strict adherence to regulatory and internal AML and Credit Risk requirements, supporting Commercial Card business partners with product expansion, improving the client experience and Colleague Engagement.

Responsible for leading the inbound call servicing team for Corporate Clients and Card Members for the Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan markets with a team of 70+ based in Sydney and Kuala Lumpur. Key KPI’s included Voice of Customer Metrics (VoCM), adherence to compliance requirements and cost centre management.
