ERP Implementation Team Lead.Create drawings and models suitable for manufacture using SolidWorks.Project Management

• Design and engineer bespoke and standard street furniture, lighting and signage.• Produce and design detailed concepts, selecting suitable material and fabrication method to create desired end product. • Use of solid works 2014 to produce 3D CAD Models, parts, assemblies and GA Drawings.• Further detailed 2D drawings suitable for manufacture • Produce detailed 3D CAD parts, assemblies, 2D manufacturing drawings and BOMs• Competent user of the company ERP system (Microsoft Axapta).• Create BOMs based on detailed design. Process orders, raise PO’s and Service instructions • Working within a cross-functional team from initial design phase through to site installation.• Evaluate, organise and prioritise workload within a schedule• Using initiative to solve problems and overcome design and engineering issues.

• In depth project management pre and post order, involving site visits and meetings.• Design and develop high end lighting schemes using Autocad 2011 and a variety of 3D packages • Develop 3D visuals and light calculations using Relux and Dialux• Project manage lighting scheme from design to onsite support and product delivery• Produce estimates and quotes using company specific CRM • Liaise with architects, clients and all parties through the design process • Communicate with electricians and contractors through the installation process • Support the director and sales team as required• Dealing with technical telephone and email enquiries

• Assist when measuring and surveying a wide range of developments • Computer Drafting, Auto CAD 2008-11. Using the survey notes and plans to produce full working drawings suitable for planning applications• Produce detailed plans and sections suitable for building regulations• Fill out and submit Planning applications online• Liaise with clients to discuss designs and developments • Development of Photo montages, Using Photoshop and Illustrator• 3D Development Using Solid works 2010 or Sketch up • Produce presentation office block plans suitable for a planning application• Produce Colour presentation elevations suitable for a planning application
