About Matthew Purser

I have been involved in Digital Transformation all of my career. I have always looked at smart ways to improve processes, save time and efficiencies in business and life using technology where appropriate or sometimes simply getting up from your desk and talking to people - yes it happens!My career to date has been varied and allowed me to develop a far greater understanding of businesses and processes than one would normally receive from a traditional career path. This has allowed me to gain knowledge across numerous roles, mostly digital/IT/Marketing based, including digital transformation, process improvement, CRM, CMS, CRO, eCommerce, SEO, PPC, Sales & Marketing.Having started life as a developer and 'hopped the fence' into business I have the unique capability of being able to translate "nerd-speak" into business-speak and vice versa. This allows for whomever I'm working for to effectively manage their IT processes and for all parties to understand the direction they're heading in collectively which is often not the case in most businesses or even walks of life. This also allows me to challenge third parties on project scopes, costs and various other paths agencies and the like try and steer you down without you even really realising!Always backed up with data, dashboards, workflow processes etcSo if all of that sounds like the kind of person you're looking for I'd be happy to have a chat.
