- Pro-actively build an effective Business and Marketing plan and meet or exceed planned outcomes.
- Ensure that development plans are completed for all associates, documented and coached to and career discussions are being held monthly.
- Build relationships with local Centres of Influence- building and maintaining an active contact plan and actively participating in internal and external community and customer events.
- Develop and implement regular sales and service coaching routines to build capability and encourage associate self management.
- Increase total Branch portfolio across all lines of Business, by collaborating with partners to identify reciprocal opportunities to fully bank all customers.
