Result Based Training is a community orientated transformation facility which specializes in offering people life changing body transformations through small group personal training and lifestyle mentoring. As the National Growth Manager I am responsible for the growth, operational standards and overall profitability across the Australian clubs.Key Responsibilities:• General financial management of all clubs (budgeting, P & L, cash flows and financial planning)• Plan and facilitate club openings and ensure they meet minimum opening expectations• Deliver Training and upskilling workshops to management team • Manage and exceed stakeholder expectations• Business and operational planning, monitoring and reporting of key KPI's• Product planning and service development and implementation• Staff appointment, supervision, training and performance management• Company vision planning with CFO and CEO• Streamline, standardise and scale business workflow to increase company profitability • Implementation and management of all marketing and sales campaigns• CRM and company app development to increase delivery of company objectives• Hold Regional Managers accountability to key area deliverables• Coordinate and develop staff initiatives to improve company performance and cultureKey Achievements: • Increased avg dollar per square of all sites by 20%• Increased the avg life of members by 5 months• Increased individual site profitability by 27% • Increased avg dollar per staff member by 14% • Increased clubs cash collected rate to 84% on avg at all sites • Opened 5 clubs which achieved break even within 9 months of opening• Increased lead to sale conversion rate by 12% • Increased avg member yield by 6%
