I am the US validation leader for the Jabil Healthcare's Northern North America region. My work emphasizes the management of validation systems on a local, regional, and global level.I focus on both developing robust validation and process monitoring strategies that can be applied across a wide array of equipment and processes, and on the fine-tuning of individual validation documents to ensure they are thorough in their testing and commensurate with the risk of the output.I take a data-driven approach to all of my work, ensuring efficiency and highly accurate results. This has led to leadership responsibilities at a global level throughout my areas of expertise, as well as locally throughout my quality system. I have managed CAPAs, inspection reduction and automation initiatives. I have hosted ISO certification audits and worked face to face with auditing bodies from around the world (FDA, TuV, ANVISA, PMDA, etc.)I will continue to develop new and more effective methods of validation. It is only through constant improvement of both my own skills and the my employer's techniques that I can ensure my systems remain current, valid, and generating the flawless products that our customers rely on.

I have taken responsibility for large parts of the validation infrastructure across my region, managing the a small validation engineering group across three locations across the North East United States region.In addition to primary responsibility for the management of the validation and process monitoring program within my manufacturing facility, I supervise the execution of the validation and process monitoring programs for my region.As Jabil Healthcare continues to develop its own, unique quality system, I have taken the primary role in developing the validation program. This task has fallen to me as one of the most experienced validation engineers in the company, and almost certainly the most passionate about developing a robust, flexible program. My responsibilities include review of all equipment and process validation documentation and guiding performers through the validation process. I manage the regional CSV program, as well as acting as the first point of contact for corporate software validation for the region. I develop and maintain the Site Validation Master plan. This includes the development of site-specific and regional criteria and methods, in order to maintain consistency in program implementation.
