I’m a UX/UI designer, and strategist with 8 years of eCommerce and Strategic (CRM/Branding) expertise. For the last 8 years I have been helping companies deliver better experiences across email, in-app, and push notifications. Aside from CRM I have designed marketing websites, landing pages, ad placements (social/banners), and even had a minor stint as a copywriter. My professional experience has given me a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and the ability to create designs that not only look great, but effectively communicate a brand’s message in an accessible way, that drive conversions and other major KPIs. When I am not immersed in the world of eCommerce & design, I can be found playing video games, adventuring to find the most amazing coffee in the city, or at a metal show.
