-Manage client expectations with the Production Manager and designers in regards to timelines and budgets.-Send revisions back and forth to clients, taking notes, being on kickoff calls and any other needs the clients may have. All while keeping the designers updated on the latest notes for each project.-Handle all things production for our clients, including trimming and shipping prints, downloading and uploading hi-res photos and elements, and mounting posters for meetings.-Work with all the designers on their timesheets, making sure all hours are accounted for and billed appropriately to the correct jobs.-Update and replenish all production supplies, keeping all toner, foam core, paper, Xacto blades, etc stocked and ready to use when necessary.-Organize the stock library using MediaPro, tagging thousands of stock photos and other photography for future use.

-Client liaison for multiple print projects, including key art, logo design, PowerPoint presentations and other print needs for assorted entertainment clients.-Work with SVPs and other Project Directors/Managers to create and follow production schedules for meeting clients’ deadlines.-Take part in kick off calls with the client and our Creative Director to understand all assets needed for each new project.-Manage the Art Director’s time accordingly to make sure all clients’ needs and timelines are met.-Develop estimates and budgets for clients’ projects as well as keeping track of all changes/revisions/delays that may affect said budgets.-Work with the Production team to make sure all mechanicals, templates, and assets are following specs given to us by the client. Also provide Production team with any and all FTP/upload information for final file delivery.

-Managed all digital, print, radio and out of home creative needs for the Sony Electronics account (both consumer and business to business campaigns).-Liaison between the client, the creative agencies and all media partners ensuring all creative needs are met.-Created spec sheets for all media partners detailing all specifications for each campaign.-Attended and contributed to all meetings with media partners, new vendors as well as internal discussions. -Lead weekly status calls between the client and each creative agency.

-Develop and produce all promotional mailers, radio promotion prizing, street team giveaways and other premiums for all FOX Broadcasting shows. Items have been recognized in Variety, Emmy Magazine and Promax/BDA Design Awards.-Work with all departments within the FOX Broadcasting Marketing department to help execute their needs in the most creative and cost-efficient ways possible. -Manage 3 internal designers and numerous outside vendors to produce all types of print projects, premiums and apparel.-Attend press checks, apparel printings and handle multiple pre-production sample rounds to get the best product for my clients.-Can manage budgets as low as $500 to $150,000 through my use of outside vendors, Internet research and overall resourcefulness. Also help manage the overhead budget for the department and aid in the lowering of it each fiscal year.-Organize the department's key art, logos and other design assets for the designers and other project managers.-Created the current budgeting system in place for the Design Group helping streamline the invoicing process. -Brought in new vendors to help both lower our overall spending on premiums and apparel as well as bring about new ideas and fresh thinking to all of my clients.-Work with our Special Events department to produce décor, signage and gifts for their red carpet parties, stunts and sales meetings. Also have successfully managed talent green rooms at the New York Upfront Presentations, red carpet VIP assistance at the American Idol Finale Parties, gift distribution at numerous The Simpsons and Glee events as well as check-in desks for press/guests at other corporate events. -Involved in internal corporate communications such as show launch meetings, producer meetings and overall brainstorming marketing retreats. My contributions include aiding in the budgeting of premium giveaways and helping put together time frames for conceptual ideas.
