Served as the program manager for the month-long training evolution for the Naval ROTC program. Developed detailed training plans and responsible for logistical planning and execution for over 600 personnel.

Deputy Operations Officer responsible for the operations, planning, and training for 1,200+ employees. Focused on current operations, including the day-to-day operations, training, and logistics for the organization preparing for combat operations. Daily responsibilities included coordinating with different governmental and non-governmental agencies on the deployment readiness of the unit. Assisted in the planning of future operations that included four large-scale exercises that included over 3,000 personnel. As the lead representative from my department in the detailed planning, I led a diverse team and served as the project manager during these excercises. The large-scale exercises were often off-site, which required extensive site surveys and virtual management to ensure timelines were met. One of the large-scale exercises was the first one of its kind to be completed in over 15 years.

Responsible for the training, professional development, risk management, and mission accomplishment of my 40-person unit. Developed the short- and long-term training plans meeting operational objectives in preparation for deployment. Daily tasks consisted of: mentoring, training of infantry skills, coaching, and professional development of my team. Ultimately, we were tested on a seven-month deployment, which was successful as we completed training and security operations with host nation forces.
