Lead retention efforts and support clients with content guidance and training to fully leverage Narrativa’s SaaS platform and CMS. Offer insights into data source integration, template automation, output auditing and best SEO practices for impactful content.• Work in partnership with prospects in the commercial sales pipeline, ensuring that Narrativa’s SaaS platform enables them to achieve their content goals and maximizes their ROI. Inform the overall client journey strategy by conducting analyses of pain points and funnel metrics.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on Narrativa’s corporate marketing and branding campaigns to drive subscriber acquisition, growth and engagement. Optimize the organization’s marketing data stack whenever possible and advise on multi-channel (owned, earned and paid) content publication.• Attained publication of an article titled "Navigating the COVID-19 Pandemic: Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Generation, and the COVID-19 Tracking Project" in the European Medical Writers Association’s Medical Writing Journal.
