Work directly with technical and production teams to plan and organize all operational requirements for NFL key remote events.Support the Remote Operations Management team in organizing the logistics and operational resources as they relate to remote event operations and production. Liaison with NFL Events to aggregate and coordinate all credential needs from a network and digital perspective for all NFL key remote events. Work with multiple teams, vendors, and networks while onsite to successfully manage and execute live network coverage.

As a Production Coordinator with the NFL Network, I work with a team to successfully execute studio and remote shows. Logistics planning, compound layouts for remote events, onsite management of a team, as well as maintaining multiple budgets are just a few of the responsibilities that are required to be a successful part of the NFL Network Production Management department. As a part of the remote operations department, I have been privileged to be a part of the team integral in the successful execution of four Super Bowl's, three NFL Draft's, four NFL Scouting Combine's, two NFL Owner's Meetings, and one Hall of Fame induction ceremony.

I worked with a team to provide logistical support for multiple departments in their execution of content development; to be used across multiple platforms within the NFL. I assisted the team with a variety of duties; including but not limited to invoice tracking, vendor agreements and hiring of local crews across the country. In order to be successful at this position, I prided myself on being extremely organized, resourceful, and having the ability to handle a multitude of tasks simultaneously under often high-pressure situations.

As the Operations Assist with ESPN, I worked alongside the remote Operations Producer to oversee the operational and technical aspect of the Saturday Primetime College Football game every Saturday. I assisted in managing a team of around 100 crew members on game day; assisting them with a variety of requests in order to achieve a seamless broadcast. In order to achieve this success, I maintained a level of calm and clarity while under high stress conditions, operate with extreme attention to detail, and have the able to communicate clearly and concisely with local vendors and crews. Because of the primetime time slot, our crew operated on an extremely tight turnaround time of only 6 days to logistically move an entire crew and produce a live network broadcast.

As the Tour Supervisor, I was responsible for the upkeep, event logistics, as well as management of a team of employees for TravisMathew's sales and marketing vehicles. I was the onsite manager of two 73 foot tour buses that traveled the country working as sales, marketing and advertising vehicles for the company. The team and I worked between 45-55 events each year and helped to grow the company by selling product at golf tournaments with entries anywhere from 80-144 players.

As the Tour Coordinator for TravisMathew, I assisted the tour supervisor in the execution of between 45-55 events a year, spanning the entire country. Event preparation, logistics planning, and onsite execution of the events were all important aspects in this role. I worked to learn every aspect of the role, with the hopes of ultimately becoming the lead, and being the point person in charge of the successful execution of the multiple events put on by the company each year

-Worked as a Production Coordinator for Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans, Louisiana. Assisted in the production of network shows for the coverage of Super Bowl as well as the original programming that the network produces. Assisted in the execution of this coverage; which included talent, catering, and working with producers. -Work with and support the Production Management team with various office and administrative responsibilities related to studio and remote shows.-Mail collection and distribution for coding, processing and filing invoices and assisting with catering.-Generate production documents for studio and remote shows.-Assist with studio catering, craft service needs, maintaining orders, scheduling, restocking areas as needed.-Work with the Production Coordinators to build the production booklets for all remote events.
