I also proactively engage with social media influencers within the travel space and the fin tech industry.I supported the creation of a weekly content plans and monthly editorial calendars and coordinate with large themed campaigns across social media channels.I developed and created weekly, monthly and campaign analytics reports, collating data and present regular analysis of campaigns and trends and present these learning's to the wider business.Started up our #TopBlogger campaign and a database containing 140+ bloggers of whom we work with regularly on campaigns, competitions, Instagram takeovers as well using them as a soundboard for feedback on content, campaigns and products.     My responsibilities was to support the Marketing Manager with a range of marketing activities across the marketing mix.I played a leading role in the social media efforts of all four Staffgroup brands. I managed the administrative side of our communities on LinkedIn as well as regularly publishing content on Staffgroup's various social network pages (including Facebook, Twitter and Google+). Over the course of two years, I increased the company's following across all platforms by 12,000.I created and distributed industry specific newsletters (Dotmailer) for both Earthstaff and Eurostaff on a monthly basis which is in line with our engagement strategy.I contributed to the development of three brand new websites; Staffgroup, Earthstaff & Eurostaff which I consider to be the best in the industry. Since the launch of the new websites, visitors went up by 50% averaging around 16,000 visitors a month.I was responsible for writing and posting a large amount of the company's PR. I maintained key relationships with contacts at industry press publications to ensure our PR was printed in magazine and posted on websites which provided great expsoure for Staffgroup.I proactively assisted the four Staffgroup brands with their business development by creating, amending and distributing client presentations and pitches which brought in a significant amount of business for the company.I lead a 'Blogging Program' for both Eurostaff and Earthstaff writing articles surrounding a different topic, industry or issue each month and then publishing them across a number of mediums. I also liaise with digital and public relations agencies to generate ideas, arrange interviews and promote results with regards to new and ongoing campaigns.Took ownership of the internal communication within Staffgroup. This include internal email communication, collateral around our offices and working with the Leadership team to promote ongoing incentives, successes and monthly newsletters.
