Maritime Civil Affairs And Security Training Command

Assisted Commanders in the coordination and execution of Humanitarian Assistance efforts within the African and Middle Eastern areas. Worked with both US government agencies as well as foreign nations to assist in stability and partner nation building. Spearheaded the training pipeline and qualifications of 10 civil affairs teams deployed throught the world. Managed certification processes including foreign language training, weapons certification and human relation interaction.

Administered the organization, performance of duty and discipline of 70 personnel comprising the small boat security unit. Coordinated training requirements and certifications as well as operational planning of harbor/waterborne security and vessel escort.
