As a Summer Counselor for Camp Lincoln & Lake Hubert, I was responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable camping experience for children and teenagers. My primary duties included organizing and executing daily activity schedules for a group of 25 campers and facilitating recreational activities through gathering materials, coordinating lesson plans and assisting with the set-up, breakdown, and clean-up of planned activities.I demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills by creating and implementing individualized daily activity schedules for my group of campers, ensuring that each camper was engaged and challenged throughout the day. My ability to work well with others was tested as I facilitated recreational activities through coordination with co-counselors and Camp Directors.I also played a key role in executing camp-wide activities, such as Color Wars, SCC (Sam Cote Classic), and Campfires, for over 400 campers.
