Part of a fast-paced moving crew, specializing in full-home moving services; tasked with packing, loading moving trucks, and unloading at our storage centre and/or new home. Often we were required to move as a multi-vehicle crew through ferry transport, often spending nights out of town.

Primarily responsible for all labour associated with the installation of preformed fiberglass pools. Shoveled high performance bedding, laser-guided excavation, set pool lighting, ran pump lines, packed bedding under pools, built wooden coping, and poured concrete. At other locations, I worked on retention walls, walkways, gardens, lawns, stairs, sheds..etc.

Drove a school bus filled with rafters, hitched to a trailer stacked with rafts, down to some of the best rafting in Canada! Once on the water I took their photos, picked them up down river, and drove them back to town.

Working for Parks Canada was a summer dream! We cycled through different roles as Historic Interpreters, at the Banff Cave and Basin. Responsibilities included completing trail checks, servicing bank deposits, running guided tours, assisting historic information booths, as well as cashing all visitors into the site.
