Each strategy began with a comprehensive market research study and analysis followed by a holistic communications approach that considered each step in the prospect's decision making process and all available touch-points.

During my senior year of college, I interned at revDRTV, a direct response marketing firm in Portland, Maine. While there, I had the opportunity to engage in television commercial production, media buying for print, radio and television, e-commerce system setup and design, pay-per-click advertising, and professional social media. Additionally, I gained experience with managing call center performance, and developing and revising call center and customer service scripts to maximize order value.I work with the revDRTV team to give products a web presence. This involves websites, social networking, search engine optimization, checkout systems & other e-commerce solutions, affiliate programs, search engine marketing, etc...I designed, programmed, and implemented revDRTV's custom ecommerce solution that optimized conversion rates for customers, and integrated orders with fulfillment centers.

My most significant achievement was my design, production, and licensing of an electronic records management system designed to work online through client web browsers.

I provided services including troubleshooting and repair of software and hardware problems with student computers. I provided this support over the phone, in person, and through remote control sessions.
