•Lead and Execute the Demand Planning process for a global organization.•Responsible for all Customer Fulfillment including B&M retailers, E-Commerce and wholesale club businesses. •Lead regular S&OP meetings including forecast reconciliation, SKU productivity/rationality, E&O Management within all levels of the organization including C-level executives.•Manage Inventory & Supply Chain for a global network including multiple manufacturing sites and three distribution centers.

Continue to lead and evolve the StriVectin Global Sales and Operations Planning process to drive benchmark levels of customer service, working capital efficiency and forecast accuracy. He will also continue to demand and inventory plan all new launches, promotional volumes and execute the excess and obsolete process. Matt has built and continues to evolve demand driven planning processes that allow each commercial leader to efficiently and effectively propagate their demand signal down the supply chain to our supply base.
