• U.S. Department of Commerce: Led a team conducting technical assistance and due diligence for grants of over $450 million authorized under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) focused on increasing broadband access and adoption for underprivileged communities and families.• Federal Reserve Bank of New York: Developed a governance plan and change communications strategy for a new national technology platform implemented across the Federal Reserve System.• National Science Foundation: Led a management and communications review of three federal grant programs constituting over $600 million.
