Reporting to the CTO, my primary responsibility was to assess and enhance existing workflows, identifying process improvements and automation opportunities where possible. • This was a multi hat role where I performed duties as a Scrum Master, Tech Lead, BA and Product Manager• I managed a team of technical resources, Product Managers, in an agile environment maintaining and producing integrations between SAAS products.• Facilitated daily stand ups, fortnightly retrospectives and backlog refinement meetings.• I was responsible for a multi-quarter product development roadmap, with quarterly increments and OKRs that deliver measurable improvement for Customers, Colleagues and the business overall. • I was also responsible for SLDC for my team and coordinated with other teams, where the automation or integration required implementation from my team.Key Business Achievements• Implementation of 30+ power automate flows combined with AWS lambda and SQS, allowing us to take advantage of data and events across the entire ecosystem.• Redesigning an existing ATS implementation (bullhorn to Astute) to be entirely serverless on AWS, massively reducing cost per placement.• Implementation of a new marketing communication platform for external comms, between Bullhorn, Rudderstack, Braze and Amplitude, reducing the time of development.• Implementation of various S3 Single Page Apps in AWS, NodeJS and React, allowing us to move away from mapped network drives.• Multiple SAAS integrations created between SAAS products including Bullhorn, Astute Payroll, Sapia AI, Typeform, Braze, Hubspot, Amplitude
