I am responsible for the use of CNC (Computer Numeric Controlled) machines and appropriate CAM (Computer Aided Machining) packages to produce quality components in an effective and efficient manner.- Software Used: MasterCam & Fusion360.- Programming and setting of CNC Lathes and Machining Centre’s 4 Axis. - Designing of jigs and testing of new tooling and technologies.- Machining of tooling and prototypes.- Programming, perform setup and capability to run difficult prototype and first run production jobs. - Fanuc, Mitsubishi and C-tek control with a good setting ability. - Standard workshop tooling procedures and applications.- Utilize and interpret engineering drawings from sketches, graphic illustrations, service requests or verbal/written correspondence to plan the sequence of operations.- Direct, guide, and instruct other machinists in daily operations along with acting as a lead and advisor.
