After serving in the U.S. Navy, I worked for large and mid-sized military career placement firms placing military personnel in organizations ranging from high-tech to nuclear/semi-conductor plants, gas industry, green energy, steel companies and additive manufacturing (also known as 3D printing).In 2011, I founded Connection Recruiting after seeing a need to offer a boutique-style recruitment firm that focuses on the needs and goals of both the job seeker and the employer. The goal of the company is to align the expectations of the job seeker and the employer, focus on job seeker/employer priorities, and determine if the job seeker and employer are a fit. With this in mind, the mission of Connection Recruiting became a two prong approach: Job Seekers and Employers.
