Market our Electronic Health Record to senior level managers and executives, including CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, CNOs, and CMOs at hospitals and healthcare networks. Responsibilities include:• Gaining general product knowledge on all MEDITECH products and services• Aggressively selling MEDITECH's established standard products and services• Maintaining accurate and standardized account records• Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of responses to "Requests for Information" (RFI's) and "Requests for Proposals" (RFP's) from prospects• Attending trade shows and monthly sales meetings• Coordinating demonstrations of MEDITECH software• Maintaining a level of understanding of issues related to healthcare and specifically to hospitals and health systems• Covering assigned territories, traveling 50% of the time

• Foster and develop the career of a staff of six• Assign account workload for staff of eleven• Train and mentor new staff• Consult with development department for enhancement and development of products• Conduct quarterly and annual employee reviews to open lines of communication

• Assess customers current state workflows, reviewed best practices and implemented MEDITECH's financial applications accordingly• Perform ongoing education via seminars, on-site audit visits, and telephone• Explain new software updates and version upgrades to customers• Answer incoming inquiries and troubleshoot problems• Create helpful documentation for our website's Information & Training Portal

• Coordinate implementation of all plant budgets• Reconcile inter-company accounts, including analysis of budget variances• Manage general ledger• Assist Vice President of Finance with assigned projects
