As an exercise science student at the University of Buffalo, my main interests include programming and prescribing exercise. I have always been enthusiastic about learning about exercise, movement, and health and using my education to help others. Outside of my education, I have been working for my family's pizza shop in Buffalo, NY since 2017 and have gained experience in food preparation and costumer service, as well as communicating, coordinating, and teamwork. I am also currently and intern at TrainSMART Personal Fitness, where I am receiving hands-on experience with coaching clients, and continuing my education through weekly readings and videos as well as writing blogs to continue learning about exercise and daily living. I will be attending graduate school in fall of 2024 to pursue a Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University at Buffalo.
