I led the global Testing & Validation Services organization through a major organizational change and restructuring. My transformation process:1. Individual meetings with all team members from the existing teams to understand current roles, work type and outputs, issues and possible solutions, existing management controls, and desired future contributions2. Team meetings with each team and with regional team groups, to understand current workflow, process, technology, and service delivery methods3.
