• Managed group alignment initiatives and negotiated the 2015/2016 Joint Dealing contracts between Etihad Airways and its equity partners in India (Jet Airways), Germany (Air Berlin), Switzerland (Etihad Regional/Air Darwin), Serbia (Air Serbia), and Seychelles (Air Seychelles)• Expanded Etihad’s joint profits significantly through bilateral and multilateral partnership revenue channels thereby contributing to >30% YoY corporate growth by way of successful collective agreements• Managed internal client & external 3rd party supplier engagement and oversaw the implementation of identified opportunities• Collaborated as part of a team responsible for providing strong, fact-based analyses and recommendations on all aspects of Etihad’s commercial activities as they pertained to achievement of the Passenger Revenue Budget• Responsible for structured, timely delivery and presentation of detailed commercial reporting to levels of senior leadership including the C-suite• Designed, created and managed the EAP Airport Service Center which offers logistical assistance for passengers travelling on Etihad-linked airline partners: Alitalia, Jet Airways, Air Berlin, Niki, Air Serbia, Air Seychelles and Etihad Regional • Provided full analytical ad hoc support of Etihad’s commercial interests:1) Quantitatively researched and modeled data sets to interpret and report on identification of emergent business opportunities, most often in business case format2) Produced data-rich risk analyses based on passenger flight occupancy metrics to better mitigate competitive threat3) Designed, built, and improved upon segmented predictive models and databases that demonstrably generated high-impact revenue yields (short and long term) 4) Designed and created new IT/BI data tools as necessitated by joint operation requirements within the growing network of airline equity partners
