Responsible for overseeing, designing and running an International Summer Camp in Croatia. I developed a comprehensive camp programme that offered a balance of recreational, educational and skill building activities. I provided strong leadership by setting clear expectations and managed a diverse team of 50 staff members, ensuring clear communication, efficient scheduling and clear coordination of activities throughout the summer season.Managed complex scheduling demands to optimise camper and staff satisfaction.

Responsible for the design, delivery and running of a national STEM programme aimed at 11-14 year olds. In the past two years I have worked with over 5000 young people across England delivering events to over 150 students each time. I have monitored and supported schools to run a successful programme and connecting them to local universities to regional finals.
