Responsible for overseeing, designing and running an International Summer Camp in Croatia. I developed a comprehensive camp programme that offered a balance of recreational, educational and skill building activities. I provided strong leadership by setting clear expectations and managed a diverse team of 50 staff members, ensuring clear communication.
