Matt practiced residential and commercial real estate law. Matt has extensive experience with all aspects of residential real estate law and considerable experience in commercial real estate, including drafting and revising contracts, leases, real estate litigation, and landlord-tenant disputes.Matt also practiced civil commercial litigation, specializing in corporate work prosecuting and defending breach of contract, breach of payment bond, and related actions. Matt has experience in business law and plaintiff's litigation, and has second-chair trial experience in Fulton County Superior Court.
