About Matthew Perez

High-energy individual, that takes the utmost pride, dedication, and passion in providing the link between data, and people, in order to provide a mutually prosperous relationship for years to come.I have been exposed to many different realms of the marketing sphere, in both my professional and volunteer experience, that has allowed me to find common ground with those I have been fortunate enough to be able to work with. Spending most of my early years in the field traveling across North America; being able to experience the rigorous life of the music and event industry, gave me full insight to every aspect of the business model, and the ability to make it applicable to any field I find myself in. The non-traditional hours and workdays, uncontrollable circumstances, extreme budgeting, empathy and understanding the entire hierarchy of workers, relationship building and management across all levels of talent, and most importantly being able to see the fruits of your labor flourish firsthand with every patron and client. Being a seasoned veteran my field now, I am able to carry that passion and energy that was not just a positive, but a necessity in my early professional career, into any future role.Tracking developing trends, and being able to fully understand that data to ensure that any plan/vision that is set, is achieved to its' fullest capability of exceeding expectations. By partnering with some of the best the industry has to offer, I was able to increase organic reach, engagement, and in turn, generate positive revenue and brand equity for all parties.This commitment to continuing knowledge, and full understanding of my work, is what I strive to perfect to every client/partner/peer that I encounter.
