I have been working in the psychology field since 2002, and in private practice since 2010.As a former NCAA D1 athlete, I feel strongly that exercise and diet is an important component of a healthy mind, body, and soul. I have a sharp interest in incorporating this philosophy into my work as a licensed mental health therapist.
