As construction counsel, responsibilities include negotiating architectural/engineering, design-build and construction management contracts, drafting construction bidding and proposal documents, advising on matters arising during bidding and award, prevailing wage matters, and advising on resolution of disputes that may arise during the construction phase. As real estate counsel, experience includes negotiating and reviewing real estate purchase agreements, leases and guiding clients through all aspects of land acquisition.Admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the U.
