Current* Build scalable compensation programs; establish company-wide Job Architecture, bonus program, and geographic pay bands * Mature Compensation Committee programs and processes for a nascent Committee* Lead Compensation Committee meetings and discussions* Sponsor HR system RFP, implementation, and ongoing production roadmap* Scale benefits processes and communications to manage growing volume due to doubling headcount and international expansion* Expanded team from 4 to 12 FTEs across compensation, benefits, HR technology, HR analytics, and HR operations* Partner with stock administration and legal on equity matters* Design company-wide equity program; manage international expansion, share utilization, and offer-to-grant administration* Partner with the greater People team to scale programs and practices through better use of HR technology* Lead rewards-related due diligence, harmonization, and integration for acquisitions
