About Matthew Scholting
After graduating from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2016 with a BS in Aeronautical Science, I started working for Jet Linx while I worked towards becoming a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI). At Jet Linx, I started with line service then moved to Flight Coordination, while I was flight instructing at Oracle Aviation in Millard, NE. I left Jet Linx in March of 2018 to flight instruct for Oracle Aviation full time. Then in October of 2018, I started flying for Silverhawk Aviation in Lincoln, NE as a Second In Command (SIC) in the King Air C90, and eventually the Citation II, Citation Ultra, and Citation Excel. I left Silverhawk in December of 2021 and started as a Second In Command (SIC) on the Hawker 900XP back at Jet Linx. In the fall of 2023 the Hawker sold and I made the internal move to the Lear 45 as an SIC, and upgraded to Pilot in Command (PIC) in May of 2024.
