Within my current role I currently lead: - Workforce planning for all Chief Operating Office 3000+ FTE - Conversational Banking / Live Chat in App DevOps- Interactive Voice Response (Industry leading!) Customer self serve and routing - Outsource Resource Optimisation - Operational and Change Communications, including incident response - Knowledge Management provision including build to GenAi future- Adobe Sign Ownership and DevOps- Microsoft PowerApp DevOps- Collaborative and Proactive leadership approach to delivering change I have proudly represented TSB Speaking at Retail Banker International events in 2020 and 2022.My prior experience was leading large branch delivery teams in retail, private and business banking across TSB, RBS, The Co-operative Bank and Britannia Building Society. I have also led risk, reporting, quality control and complaint remediation teams. My current role is in TSB Bank as Head of Channel and Business Support based remotely with regular nationwide travel.
