Over 20 years of executive experience in high growth companies, both public and private, and supporting a corporate culture that places value on integrity, self responsibility and continuous improvement. I have enjoyed success in building a medical device operation's team from a garage assembly to a global infrastructure in less than 10 years that set the high bar in the portable oxygen concentrator industry for quality, reliability and performance and continue to work to grow my current company with the focus on quality, operational efficiency, corporate culture and customer satisfaction. My leadership training and experience is extensive beginning with my education at the US Naval Academy and continuing through my Naval career as a helicopter pilot into my civilian career as an executive. The variety of experiences in both my Navy and civilian careers have given me the confidence to take on challenges outside my comfort zone and succeed.
