• Technical Lead for Bradley COFT-SA delivery order #4 for a quantity of 44 systems at 13M where Cubic is a subcontractor to Oasis in a production contract where I was responsible for providing technical support throughout the program. I was also responsible for supervising the integrating and testing of the systems prior to handing the system over to the customer. I was responsible for all technical aspects of the project including; product enhancements, obsolescence, production issues, supplier/vendor issues, warrantee issues, and root cause analysis reporting and recommended TDP changes.• Develop and maintain the Bradley COFT-SA Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and prepare monthly IMS contract data requirements list (CDRL) submittals to the customer.• Prepare, attend and present during Systems Engineering Technical Review(s) (SETR) and integrated product team (IPT) meetings.• Provide monthly updates for the Program Management Reviews (PMRs).• Monitor the schedule and cost the keep the project on time and within budget.• Motivate a collaborative team environment and customer focus.
