Mr. Seitzler is a professional electrical engineer with over nineteen years of industry and academic experience in distributed energy resource engineering focusing on renewable energy and energy efficiency. This experience has included: the participation in the delivery of over 2GW of utility-scale solar projects; the design of solar photovoltaic integrated energy storage systems and microgrids; the performance estimation and assessment of renewable energy technologies; the delivery of energy analysis, measurement, and verification for energy efficiency programs; and the technical-economic analysis of renewable energy systems for both private and utility stakeholders. Since his early years in engineering academia focusing on Master of Science in Engineering at UC Davis in renewable energy conversion and sustainability, he has always believed that our collective transition to renewable energy would inevitably begin.
