CurrentMatthew S. Feldman graduated from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. Mr. Feldman also graduated from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs with a Master of International Affairs and a certificate from Columbia’s Middle East Institute before attending the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, where he concentrated in international law. Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Feldman worked in the technology sector specializing in business consulting, software development and support.Mr. Feldman concentrates his practice in corporate formations and transactions, foreclosure settlements, professional liability matters, personal and corporate tax matters, the renewable energy sector, contracts, negotiations, debtor/creditor issues, international, health, and labor and employment law, advising employers on the drafting and negotiation of agreements, and the preparation of employment policies and handbooks. Mr. Feldman has defended against employment discrimination suits before the NYS Division of Human Rights (DHR) and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and represented employers in private labor arbitrations. Mr. Feldman maintains a foreign language proficiency in both Arabic and Spanish to benefit his domestic and international clients. السيد فيلدمان يفهم اللغة العربيةMr. Feldman is admitted to practice in New York State Courts as well as United States Federal and Bankruptcy Courts for the Western District of New York.Mr. Feldman sits on the Town of Lewiston Environmental Commission. He is a member of the NYS Bar Association and the Bar Association of Erie County, and serves as Counsel to Evergreen Health Services and the New York State Podiatric Medical Association. Mr. Feldman also serves as a Board-member for the Lewiston Public Library, the Lewiston Jazz Festival, and Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.
