As a founding UX designer at Upbound, I have been leading the product design and user testing efforts for the past 5.5 years, creating cloud-native computing solutions that enable organizations to run, scale, and optimize their services across multiple public and private cloud environments. I have a strong background in UX prototyping, wireframing, gathering user feedback, mobile app design, mobile web, responsive design, and SAAS design, as well as corporate branding, visual identity, and mascot design.My mission is to streamline the way our customers interact with their data and make a traditionally unexciting task more engaging with a better user experience. I am also passionate about being a catalyst for changing how we build and ship products, working with a small and scrappy innovation team within a larger organization. I have previously worked as a lead UX designer for Quantum, where I was a key design stakeholder for the next generation of software-defined storage solutions.
