• Responsible for delivering projects within npower’s Home and Business retail function. Duties include:
• Project Management: Managing multiple projects concurrently through the end to end project lifecycle.
• Delivery: Ensuring full project scope is delivered on time and in budget predominantly using Waterfall methodology and working with 3rd parties utilising Agile delivery methods.
• Budget Management: Robust management of budgets across multiple projects ranging from £35,000 to £600,000.
• Month end activity: Analysis of monthly spend across npower and 3rd parties, variance analysis and reforecasting activity at programme level with budgets up to £2.2m.

• Financial Reporting: Analysing npower, Innogy and 3rd party spend for projects and using the analysis to create variance commentary.

• RAID: Maintaining project and programme level RAID logs and hosting regular review meetings with the project team and programme manager.
