With our services being provided at no cost to Minnesota Veterans, we ensure that all those who have served can have access to our programs without financial hurdles. Creativity workshops have been shown to lessen the effects of PTSD. Research has explored the benefits of creativity in addressing PTSD symptoms with promising results.
