In this role, I was responsible for the leadership and direct oversight of the Operations Domains at GreatAmerica. I work closely with the domain leaders, corporate, and business unit leadership to understand, prioritize, and ultimately evolve/create the Business Capabilities necessary to meet the needs of GreatAmerica’s customers both now and in the future.• Designed and implemented business-capability based Domain Leadership structure, aligning key leadership resources with ongoing delivery of GreatAmerica's services • Implemented operational execution framework to institutionalize the ongoing management resulting in improvement to customer-facing KPIs and SLAs

In this role, I worked with the Chairman, the Office of the President, and other leaders in the development and evolution of GreatAmerica’s 5-7 year corporate vision. My ultimate objective was to then ensure appropriate focus, while prioritizing the changes necessary to achieve that corporate vision. • Responsible for leading the formulation and evolution of GreatAmerica's corporate vision and corresponding capability needs • Lead execution of corporate initiatives. Current focus includes leadership of cross functional business team working on the development of modernized processes and technology systems across the business, as well as the development of new processes • With executive and human resources leadership, drive development of GreatAmerica’s future organizational and leadership design • Member of Corporate Risk, Information Security and Compliance (RISC) and Information Technology Prioritization Committees

• Recruited to step back into senior role to provide leadership and improve operational performance after significant and challenging unit growth. Re-architected leadership team and culture to improve alignment and overall performance of the unit• Responsible for direct oversight of operational and financial results of 40 person team with serviced portfolio of nearly 50,000 contracts• Generated new business opportunities, and regularly participated in consultative sales process • Developed and implemented comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures based on GreatAmerica standards to provide structure to customer relationships. Incorporated quality assurance and metrics program which significantly improved effectiveness

• Senior finance leader for the Office Equipment Group, a $1.0 billion business unit. Served as the interface between corporate finance department and the unit on all activities with respect to financial controls, evaluated the financial implications of the operating strategy• Led development of financial models to forecast operating results, including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements. Models include annual budget and longer term (i.e. 5-10 year) financial plan• Led implementation of 1031 Like Kind Exchange program, resulting in significant federal and state tax deferrals for GreatAmerica• Performed detailed analysis on corporate strategic initiatives; including joint ventures, acquisitions, and other program opportunities

GreatAmerica Portfolio Services Group provides value-add portfolio management solutions and select business services to banks, manufacturers, captives and other independent financial institutions. Our servicing platform, enhanced systems, and flexible reporting bring valuable solutions to portfolio administration. • Responsible for the operational effectiveness of the business unit, from the onboarding of new customer relationships through the daily servicing of lease/loan agreements. Grew contracts under management from zero to 13,000• Hired and managed team which included documentation, account support, portfolio management and financial analysis functions • Assisted in origination, implementation, and ongoing management of outsourced arrangements with insurance and collection providers• Led development or enhancement of multiple system platforms. Projects included the ground-up creation of a residential contract solar servicing system, the roll out of a client facing front-end portal, and other process improvement related system enhancements
