APICS) or suitable equivalent based on proven experience• Understanding and experience of managing load / capacity is desirable • Demonstrated ability to manage deliveries and make balanced business decisions under challenging ambiguous circumstances.• Understanding of different roles / functions / processes (e.g. Manufacturing, Purchase, NPI, Quality etc.).• Able to take responsibility for their own development• Experience of production planning and associated control processes.
